From the thumbnail, this looks like a slit wrist pic accompanied by 'Let Go' which is not really the case.
As for the pic, the harsh light doesn't work very well, I would loved to see either the hand shown in soft light or harsh light used to accentuate the lines on hand, but none of the above is true. Liked the use the diagonal, but then I would get rid of the cloth on wrist.. just start with skin showing.

Hello :)

In this picture, I feel the red wall in front over-powers the stair pattern. My eyes are constantly drawn towards the left top of the frame which doesn't have much to add to the pic. Also a lot of variation of light from left to right which also hinders focussing on the lines which the photograph is about.
