To much space at the top of the photo. And it doesn't have much value to show.

Lucky you! Fine weather and this pic represents it well, good job. The composition is very good. A little bit grainy in the sky and hazy at the bottom.

Hey - I think I know where this was taken. Choosing portrait was an interesting option, which works well for this challenge.

hello Chickadee.
Critique by Silver Fox.

Composition is quite good, and your photograph certainly met the Challenge.
The visual impact is pleasant to the eyes leading us from the front beams up the logs and along the top of the trestle to the curve at the other end.

Your focus is good and sharp leading almost to the end of the trestle.

The Colour captured of the foliage both in front of the trestle and towards the back with the fog coming down from the mountain is really rich. The colour also captures the age and discolouration of the various timbers used on this trestle.

Very well done! Would have been interesting to see a Train coming around the bend! Keep Shooting. . .looking foward to seeing more of your work in the future.

Regards,
SilverFox

Surprised this one and the other one didn't do better, although anything in the 6's is good (for me anyway). I really like it since it's very unique.

Wow! Talk about old! You captured imagination here. Look at those old rusty bolts, discolored timbers, the colorful forest. Is this in South America? Still in use?
Look at the colour on those timbers!! What a photograph. Great job. Good clarity, good focus, great exposure, fantastic DOF! Please let me know where this is, as I'm a railway fan in N-scale.
