It makes me think of a little helmet with a little frozen brain inside. My husband thinks it looks like Devil's Tower. Very evocative!

Ice is a great subject. I am assuming you were going for the bubbles inside and not whatever is on the other side of the cube. Maybe, just maybe, removing the car from the background, would have been nice, otherwise GREAT!

Well, I expected to see ice in this challenge. I won't say the "C" word because I don't believe in it :)) First of all, I don't believe you could have done a better job photographing this ice cube. I even like the way you have positioned it in the frame. The lighting is also very appealing to me. The surface reflections on top of the ice are just amazing :) I originally gave this shot a 7 on the first vote, but as I come back through to comment, I sometimes adjust the score. I can't see any reason that this photo should not have a 10 this week :) Good work! - jmsetzler
