I love this type of capture of weather (tried several times myself to get that feeling of force). In this photo I feel the colour green is slightly too saturated for me. However, I also donĂ¢€™t feel this is a good representation of a low key image with so much light coming from the image. Keep in mind that my own entry is not doing so well so I may not have the full take on what constitutes a low key shot but I hope my comment was helpful. Good luck.

With the silhouetted foreground, it appears that your camera exposed for the sky. Would have been nice to see more blurred movement in the clouds.

Very cool cloud formations. The highlights are a bit blown out, which in my mind is hurting the photo somewhat.

Obvious tripod use: For me, it's low. The lighting for this photo with the silhouettes lends itself to fast-ish shutter speeds. I do see the blur in the movement of the foreground plant, but I'm not so sure that people who don't study the photo will see that.
