hey waddy .. what a great portrait .. neither look totally comfortable in front of the camera which gives this an added niceness .. (cant think of the word .. like real and showing personality and what it was like ... makes me feel more connected to this shot.. all instead of 'niceness' !!) .. i dont mind the grain .. it all works .. :)

Captain F A Hendry is the nephew of my great great great grandfather Robert McFail Hendry, whom is the brother of James Edward Hendry. It was at Robert McFail hendry's home in georgia that James Edward hendry became ill and passed away.

I have admired this home for many years. Every time I am in the area I visit the grounds and try to imagine what life would have been like when this home was built. I would love to see floor plans for it. Do you know if there are any? I have been told that you can't view the interior of this home, especially the 2nd floor due to structural concerns.
