Winter Foraging IIby JedusiComment by stargazer05766: Steve,
The New Forest must be a great place for animals.. Don't know if someone takes care of the wild ponies or are they truly on their own..
Love this picture w light on the backside of the woods and ponies in a natural environment.

Who me ?by JedusiComment by violinist123: Looks nice, might want to pull back on the sharpening some. There are halos around the cuffs of the shirt and I think it's giving the overall image more of a harsh feel than it would otherwise have. |

Who me ?by JedusiComment by hanneke: this looks like a nice start with your new lights! her expression is great!
hope you don't mind giving you some tips:
- try to move your light a bit. Right now the light is almost from straight forward (you can see the reflection in the pupils) andthat way you can change the reflection and the atmosphere (shadow / light) in the photo.
- I'm not sure what brollies are, but the light is a bit harsh. If that's what you were after, then it's great, but using a softbox really softens the light and gives more atmosphere.
I hope these were helpful! |
