Dinghyby tnunComment by tnun: Yes, pretty sure it does have a tilt; remember wondering how/if I might crop it, but just wanted only so much/just enough dock and line detail. |

Lake Sunsetby tnunComment by Melethia: LOL! I get a kick out of your notes. I do that too, sometimes, just play until I get tired of playing then stop. I like the texture but maybe a bit more subtly applied and I'd like to see it lightened just a tad. I took it into PS and added a bit on the light end with levels - gives it a completely different feel. Try it and see what you think. |

pendant on mossby tnunComment by Melethia: It really does have excellent, rich contrast. It may just be a picture of a thing, but it does demostrate the power of B&W. |

Not My Petby tnunComment by Melethia: From the thumb I wasn't sure about the processing, but now that I've opened it up, I quite like it. It somehow makes the dog more threatening. Very nice idea of how to handle the shot. |

Not My Petby tnunComment by Alicia: Excellent look on the dog's face. I would almost like to see this in a closer crop. Fantastic shot - very dream like. And I can sense the apprehension, which is underscored by the title. |

By The Seaby tnunComment by nikolaos: I would go for a wider shot from a lower angle, depending on whats on the distance, but the tones look very nice, I like rainy days for b&w. |

Dinghyby tnunComment by nikolaos: Simple composition that works well. I think it has a tilt of some sort, probably my eyes are fooled by the dock. Message edited by author 2008-03-09 10:24:32. |

Through Treesby tnunComment by puzzled: It is really amazing colors! I read once that Ansel Adams broke the twig on some tree that was in his way to get the shot ... would've helped a lot if you could've done similarly with that middle tree :-) I love the perfect position and strength of that rainbow. What a lucky day to find that! |
