What I like best about this is the sorta gawky pre-adolescent nature of the beastie - kinda knock-knee'd, a little awkward, and has that baby fur growing out thing going on. I have no problem with the snow - looks like snow to me.

Love this one. Even looks great as a thumbnail. The beauty of this shot is the highlighting of the outline of the deer. The grass/snow is a little burnt, but that is probably just adding to the effect of the shot.

Re:Photoshop. Don't bother with that crap. A good image should stand on it's own merits, as this one does. If everything we see begins to get enhanced or fabricated, what can we really believe in or count on. Draw the line keep it real. The world is already full of enough bullshit.

That is very pretty! I'm not a master with Photoshop so it would never occur to me to do something like this. Love it!
