Dumped in the Countryby colorcarnivalComment by rinac: I like the light here. Almost like it's under-exposed, but not. Composition is a bit tight though. More like a pet portrait rather than depicting an abandoned kitty. I think more space and distance would have emphasised the sense of abandonment and isolation. |

To Observe Manby colorcarnivalComment by Yo_Spiff: This photo struck me as soft, and I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 46k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing a lot of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)
The composition of the bust in the frame is also a problem. It leads my eye out of the picture, rather than into it. The man in the mirror does not seem like anything other than that he happened to be there when you took the shot. |

To Observe Manby colorcarnivalComment by pastortimmr: Hmm. Interesting. At first view I wasn't a fan, but the more I look at it the more I'm intrigued by it- looking at the eyes, and understanding the reflection. It's nice! I think a little crop off the top could do a lot- I know the space defines the door, but seeing the door and frame takes away from my eyes being drawn to the man. Well done. |

Good, Clean Moneyby colorcarnivalComment by Melethia: I'd say it scored pretty darn well - did you get the lottery ticket yet? Lovely lighting, a $2 bill (how cool!) and yes, that lens seems to provide exceptional results in sharpness. I really like your take on "money laundering" - very creative and well executed. |

Good, Clean Moneyby colorcarnivalComment by Charlene: Good luck with your lottery ticket ;)
Amazing clarity is right. I love the little bubbles everywhere, and the glossiness of the water is very pretty. Can't believe you did this to a $2 bill though, very funny. Congrats on another great picture and score. |
