Your choice of aperature here, giving the really shallow DOF is what makes this shot. This rock has a lot of character, and good texture. Nicely captured.

I liked this one, and scored it well during voting. I can't understand how this didn't fair better with the voters. Sharp where it needs to be, good use of shallow DOF. Interesting... well composed... this is most definitely worthy of a final score in the high 5's low 6's perhaps... think you've been hard done by only getting a 5.39.
