First-class portraiture for my taste. I find the slight rotation to be the chef's kiss, too. It violates the convention just enough to invite a lingering gaze to find the other details in this frame.

Am I right in saying that you were trying to draw focus to the teddy, by shining the light on him? I think the effect would have worked better if he had been sitting against a dark background, with a brighter light source. Bumping up the exposure level on your camera one or two stops, also would have helped.
