I will comment on a perfect world if you will allow. I find the buildings behind the bird distracting...hard to change when you take the image ( but compared to a perfect world)and it would have been nice if the wings were extended rather than brought in on the left (again, against a perfect world)

I love Raptors - they are always so photogenic.

For me this is appears to overexposed and he is just looking away from the camera too much which means you neither have proper eye contact, nor a clean profile of him, which is a shame because it is a nice crop and the feather detail under his chin and on his shoulder is nice.

Go back and take some more :- )

I really like this, I also like the crop personally, although I think had someone been exiting the photo far right so you just caught the side of them that would have just finished it off for me :)

I love the B&W conversion and I like the way the lines lead me into the image.

I too like how you have isolated the bird from the background. Maybe a bit of burn to the shadows on the bird's eye is the only thing I would think of doing.

Two little bunnies having a conversation in front of a HUGE tree! This is wonderful. That backdrop, the out of focus tree, is spectacular. I really like how the bunnies look almost human in the way they're leaning in to each other. The icy grass (is that ice?) looks good, and I also really like the out of focus foreground dots.

I love the beautiful mood in this image! The colours too, the white flower against the muted background. I like the in focus/out of focus play. I wish the in focus part were a bit more prominent, or, at least, placed more in such a way that it would keep the eyes looking at it.

You've done a great job isolating the gull from the background. I like the sense of height you gain from being able to compare the houses, hills etc. The bright colours add drama and contrast but I think this would also look quite good in b&w.
