Very nice, I have yet to try one of these and look forward to the day that I can. I really like your work.
To me the one thing this image needs is for the bird to be looking more toward the lens. |

I love Raptors - they are always so photogenic.
For me this is appears to overexposed and he is just looking away from the camera too much which means you neither have proper eye contact, nor a clean profile of him, which is a shame because it is a nice crop and the feather detail under his chin and on his shoulder is nice.
Go back and take some more :- ) |
