I get an interesting perception of very cold, with something not quite right, because of the very alive looking green in the frosty looking background. The green seems to add to the perception of cold for some reason. Good PP to make this what it is. You were probably right about not putting it into the "Shallow" challenge.

Very beautiful. It has a perfect picture postcard look and the colors are just outstanding. The wooden pillar and the beam almost benchmarks the law of thirds
