DAY 2.6 . where i live . ant on wire .by rozComment by Arcanist: hello again Roz!
I *don't* like this one better than the first one... while there's still a sense here of being cut off. It doesn't come off eerie and the black-and-white brought out a level of Bokeh that wasn't on the other one.
Oh well. That's why art is art this is a great image. I just like the other one better. |

DAY 2 . where i live ... lookin down my roadby rozComment by Arcanist: I like this a lot, Roz. For one, the fencing and the depth of field really give it the feeling that this place is off limits. The darkness that you've added to everything gives it a jungle feel, which is spooky. This kind of reminds me of Lost.... |

DAY 2 . where i live ... lookin down my roadby rozComment by JunieMoon: The image seems a bit dark on my monitor. It does make for a different sort of abstract with the extreme shallow dof. Sky is not overexposed at all. It is an interesting image with the muted colors in the background. I would probably do a bit more dodging on the fence, or perhaps use a layer to lighten the image, than overaly the darker one and erase at a transparency of around 60 to start, just to see if you could get more detail on the fence. |

DAY 1 . where i live ... i feel like a voyeur!!by rozComment by Bruce_the_Robert: I really like this, and I'm totally jealous of what you can do with post-processing; I'm still learning (and honestly don't enjoy that as much as "making" the image), but I would have chucked this one! I'm so glad you didn't, it turned out really good! |

... an entrance in ruins ...by rozComment by shamer: Well, I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one to mess up in the last few challenges! (see my Minimalism II score...) lol - I think we have a bit of synchronistic decision making going on, roz!
Tell you what, I'll race you to the brown!!! ha ha |
