In this case, the unsharpened version is a little etherial and pretty on its own. However, this brings out the grasses better. Depends on what effect you want to achieve. In any case - this is a great photo with the angle and colors.

Amazing what a difference sharpening makes. I was thinking what you said before I read it, Roz - I like the contrast between the wild beast and the electrical poles and stuff sticking out of the field. Good luck with continued "hunting"!

Wow, that is really cool. The fact that you can go out and shoot Kangaroos (not in a zoo) is pretty amazing, Thank you for sharing this.
