DAY 16+. B&W. rural with clouds ..by rozComment by jonfrommk: Winning big time!!!!!!
wonderful shot which (for me) almost has an Ansell Adams quality to it
The skyline is excellent and the the comparison with the trees on the hilltop horizon is perfection!!! |

DAY 16. B&W. rural scene with barbed wireby rozComment by alexjack: I like the barbed wire with the diagonals, I like the blurred background too, almost makes it tell a story of barriers to distant fields, unfortunately the grass kinda breaks that though. NIce idea, and nice conversion with good range of tones.

DAY 16+. B&W. rural with clouds ..by rozComment by alexjack: You are winning!! I really like this, I like the soft, lacy look of the clouds, I don't feel the sky needs anything else you've done a fine job on them. I would prefer to have the forground a bit sharper (hand held?) and the tree in the forground is a tiny distraction. Overall though a great shot and nice processing.

IMG_12773\'5\'6 wattle-s4w.jpgby rozComment by ShutterPug: personally, I find this to be a bit too busy. Maybe if the small inset pics were of varying saturations it would help break things up a bit - maybe. The framing is much to heavy in my opinion. |
