I love the blue tones here. He looks so lost and tired (and slimy! lol). I personally like the DOF because it adds great emphasis to his face. What I really LOVE tho is the border. Did you add some kind of radial blur to the canvas? Do tell - it is awesome!

Great story Roz. I am glad it was not a pack of dogs coming towards you. I'm also glad that the kangaroos took off as soon as katee went after them.

You are so lucky to get a pic like this! If it were me, I would have just stood there and watched and forgotten that I had a camera with me. I love how they are frozen in the moment here and although they seem to be far away, you can still make out the details in their faces.

You are fortunate to have such a variety of animals to photograph. If this were my story, it would have been three squirrels instead of kangaroos lol.
