day 1. slice of life december. high fiveby rozComment by elemess: I'm going to have to learn to play with these texture things. I don't have any of those fancy-shmancy plug-ins, so the textures will have to do. They look great on this shot. Looks like your Katee is quite the handful! |

day 12. december slice of life. one butterfly or three?!by rozComment by elemess: OK, this is really cool. I guess you had the camera on a tripod? 'Cuz the front stick is really sharp. Or did you just take out the butterfly in one shot and put him in here? Ah - wait - I think I see: The two on the ends are the same shot, just reversed and resized. The sunlight on the right one is on the wrong side. |

day 7. december slice of life. kateeby rozComment by elemess: It's hard to go wrong with a cute dog. The framing here is great, especially with the out-of-focus background, the path behind the dog, and the contrast of green vs the black and white pooch. |

day 6. december slice of life. flexify candidby rozComment by elemess: Good for you for taking a "pro" camera into a shopping center. I felt weird sneaking in my point and shoot back when I had one. Can't imagine walking into a place with my dSLR.
Cool effect. I like the green/red against the duotone?/desat?. |

day 8. december slice of life. turnby rozComment by elemess: It's so weird y'all have kangaroos just hanging out in your backyard. The ones in my backyard are at the zoo a block away.
This is really cool processing to rescue a poor quality shot. Now I'm going to have to go back through my garbage to see what can be saved.... |
