Unique and different, this image is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. While the use of natural light is very effective, it falls somewhat short of of being a creative use of light. It might have been a more effective and interesting image if the author had concentrated on the shadows and edges of the petals rather than the flower as a whole.
