passing slower runners 76 Kristen Wozny by whiterookComment by Sachlichkeit: No one seems to be in focus. Did you take this while running? If so, be sure to use shutter priority on your camera--that way, the image will come out clear (set it at something around 1/400). Also, the colors look a little washed out, which is indicitive of an overexposure. As a general rule, on a bright sunny day, the proper exposure is the inverse of your ISO speed (so if you shoot at ISO 400, the shutter speed is 1/400) and a focal length of f16. Not only do you get nice, crisp images, but you also get a good tonal saturation and full range of contrast. |
