He'd spent his life on this shore, the gathering of the boats at dawn a routine since he was a child. He stood in the grasses one final time, however, to watch them gather once more. A sad, but hopeful smile spread across his face. With one last wave to people out there on the water, he turned around and set out upon the path he'd chosen.

It was time to find a new life for himself, and time to find a new land in which to live it.

theres some halo-ing going on, and thats usually caused by too much unsharp mask. try toning it down a bit and you'll get rid of those.
