4 & 20. . .jpgby drydocComment by tnun: Gott in Himmel! You had me going there: Steve has baked an incredible pie - how did he get those little holes just so, and the blueberries each in one... Awfully glad I can read. Double Take, brilliant Double Take, colours perfect. (Actually 6 and 20; wouldn't mention it except I was following the patterns - 3 in centre, 9 surrounding, 14 outside - looks regular but isn't quite).
ETA: just read Double Take description; how disappointing: I like my take on it so much better. Message edited by author 2008-08-27 18:46:44. |

4 & 20. . .jpgby drydocComment by KarenNfld: That is just so cool!! You should have submitted a close crop of this in the B&W abstract challenge. I've never seen one of these in real life. |

WhiteBud-R.jpgby drydocComment by tnun: Wrote you a great comment on this last night, but must have failed to hit Post, unless you didn't agree and had it removed. Love green and white, and all the forms in this formaceous plant, the tight geometry of the buds-in-waiting, and the surprising shirring of the about-to-be-lady's dress. (Not quite what I wrote, but I did say you were bad not to name this plant, either in Latin, Greek or Jabberwockian, or even Sendakian. If you remedy this, maybe the plants themselves will forgive you and let you find your eyepiece). |

IMG-Cleome.jpgby drydocComment by sfalice: Didn't know the flower before, but I do now! Pretty, spiky, perky, all the good words
work for this one.
This one stands on its own. |
