Far Away Lookby gdob27Comment by MaryO: Pretty face but not quite as sharply defined as it could have been with a shallower DOF. They do blend in nicely with their surroundings; good for them, not for pictures. Also the crop on the legs looks awkward to me; maybe a tighter one on the bottom/right so as to eliminate the legs? |

Far Away Lookby gdob27Comment by TrynityRose: The choice of DOF has made the background quite busy. There also seems to be a significant noise issue. The crop cuts off the legs, which isnt ideal either. You'd want to either have the whole animal in the shot or less of it. |

Somebody once told me something about one of my pictures that changed how I look at, and what I need to check on every picture I take with water in it. He said, make sure my water line is level. Sunrise in Paradiseby gdob27Comment by PGerst: The sun is a little too hot. On my monitor (calibrated) I can see a lens flare over the right bottom. Darkening the foreground would have eliminated that while still making the sunset spectacular. IMO. |
