Salvation Bentby noranekoComment by Alicia: The slanted cross against the dramatic sky is the really interesting part of this photo. Good clarity and tones. |

Salvation Bentby noranekoComment by ursula: Nice B/W. Two tipis and a cross. I'm not sure I like it divided like that right down the middle (half sky, half building), but it is a very interesting subject. |

Dogwoodby noranekoComment by SandyP: Oh yes. .this would have been an awesome symmetry photo! But its so lovely as a black and white photo too. I think the white pops even more against the ferns and green background than it would have in color. It is beautiful.

Brigadoon Harborby noranekoComment by jonfrommk: Well my thoughts is that it is a great fog shot, think the softer contrast is pefect and really enhances the weather element (If you look at the reflection of the pier it is wonderful how it diffuses from ultra crisp to rippled blur)
IMO the seagull on the right is a bit of a distration. Not really clear enough to be a feature, but pretty much on a rule of third line which means it draws the eye away from the main subject

Dogwoodby noranekoComment by jaysonmc: Would have worked well in symmetry! My dogwood has yet to bloom. Very nice lighting going on here! |

Salvation Bentby noranekoComment by Rebecca: I like the idea of this, but I think the straight-on angle of this is a little strange. I'd like to see it shot a little, but not much, from below, to shoot above the grass and play up the drama in the sky. |

Dogwoodby noranekoComment by Alicia: Very, very pretty. The processing makes it look like a perfect painting. Beautiful textures and tones. |
