Great stop action. I might brighten it up a smidge (you can do a duplicate layer in screen mode and adjust the brightness - I do it all the time).

Definitely better for the Cowboy challenge, but the clutter in the background would hurt it. I'd predict a 5.9 - 6.1 range.

Very nicely composed and exposed in a split second shot situation. I just wish the main subject would have stood out more from the background, but that's hard to do. Good orientation to the location with the sign. Maybe some selective brightening in PP, but it may look unnatural that way.
