It is so funny that the workmen have made no attempt to remove the remains from the cable.
In the UK it would most likely be due to the wood cutting people not being part of the removing wood from cables dept lol

It does smell heavenly, doesn't it? Unfortunately I have some growing where I don't want it and it's trying to take down every tree and shrub within reach, so I need to rip it out. Maybe I should put some in a pot. For photographic purposes ;-)

As a child we would come across this situation quite frequently with pheasnts and my father would drive at them in the hope of getting a meal out of it lol
