I get the light on white, but the photo is a bit dark for a "Light on White" subject. Maybe if the image were 1 or 2 stops brighter.

This is a great idea, but I'd use a more delicate lace to emphasize the overall miniscule 'landscape'.

Okay I figure I will give my thoughts on this in return for my postcard comments. I reckon you got a fair score for this. I didn't vote in Postcards, but probably would have voted this either 6 or 5. I'm sure that the photo part of it is into 7 territory on its own, but the text is a bit distracting. It looks like you've tried to echo the vibrant colours of the birds in the text, when what would probably have been easier on the eye is something more muted, or, like someone else mentioned, something overlaid on a corner of the photo.

But if you followed my advice you'd have scored 4.3, so you did well ;)
