I don't know but it looks a little bit overprocessed. colors saturated too much. and distant figures sharpened too much. Composition OK but I would have given a little more space to the top and right to focus on the "Kite" in space. which after all is the title of this picture. As it is now, the kite almost gets lost when one is looking at the picture. My focus remains at the bottom of the picture where all of the action is. Maybe the cropping is just too close for the kite to come into view. Here is an opportunity to use more negative space.

I like your image. The one thing my eyes seem to do is either stay and look up at the kite or just stay focused on the bottom where the people are. I don't look at your image as a whole necessarily, but as two photos. I think its because of the large distance gap.

The subjects of this photo just don't seem to take up enough of the frame. there is a wide expanse of nothing between the man and the kite.
