This would make a good stock photo - very effective. Up against the moody shots this may not fair so well, but you should be pleased with the shot anyway - it's uplifting, proficient and very well taken. My only crit is the movement in the clouds. I think these should be static or a pure blue sky.

Wonderful abstract feel and conveys so much more than just the concept of wind - it takes me back to summer days on the beach running around with similar whirly wind powered toys and I can even feel the sun and wind on my skin. I like the angle of the spindle, the amount of motion blur compared to the amount of discernable detail and I like the way the blue sky is broken up the fluffy white cloud.
