Nice work hiding waldo. That must have been a bit nerve wrecking laying like that. Great composition. Nice work.

A bit of HDR helps to hide the person, and keep the detail. Well hidden, and still obvious once you find them! I'd actually perfer to see a much closer crop of just the RHS of the image. The left half seems to imbalance the shot, as it's colours and contrasts are totally different.

Great shot! She looks so free and elegant. I agree with everyone else about the DOF. What lens was this taken with? Ideally, you'd stand a long way away, use your long lens at 300mm, on aperture priority at the widest aperture available, then maybe use your lowest ISO, and some ND filters to allow the longer shutter speed to keep the blur on the cloth.

Although it's pretty good as it is, and a bit of editing can blur the bg.

Just spotted this image in the reaction club thread. I'm not an official reaction club person, but I thought I'd leave a post anyway. :)

The offset horizon is quite distracting for me, particularly as it's made even more obvious by the background mast. The colours are nice and rich, but the subject seems to lack something in interest. It might have been better with the focus point at the middle or nose of the boat, giving a wider depth of field, and some more in-focus interest. As it is, my eye wants to wander through the photo, and look at something interesting, but it's all out of focus. Perhaps if the main boat was filling more of the frame. Hopefully I've managed to say something constructive.

Excellent juxtaposition of styles - and a very clever way to do it, too.
