I like it. My guess would be that this is more of a pattern rather than rhythm. Although maybe there is a fine line between the two. I was trying to explain it before but I like the half orange circle between the two posts. It really pulls you into the space between.

Aside from that, this looks like it will fit in with your bourgeois blur side challenge. Great dark tones, and eerie mood with the hydrant. The slight blur makes it look like it made a move towards you.

So I go from laughing to shuddering. Hate bugs. You know, my dad used to say the only good snake is a dead snake, and I hold that true with spiders as well. You brushed the web? Not as much of a chicken as you say! Very good stuff these days! And wonderfully detailed creepy image of the web and blood sucker!
