Plop...by sfarrell23Comment by Djabordjabor: This has been done many times. I don't like the angle of view and the lighting is pretty flat. The texture of the table adds something to it and makes it more interesting. |

The "splash" may be too distant to make some voters happy and the included table in the corner will probably garner some comments as well. Good luck in the challenge. |

Alone with the Fishby sfarrell23Comment by jah_luv: A nice shot, although it is a bit TOO interesting for my eye to be drawn into any sense of serenity. I love the darkness of the treeline in the background, with only a hint of the tree trunks highlighted. I think it's more in the foreground that I am distracted. B&W and the Color Greenby sfarrell23Comment by rick13601: I believe the intention of the challenge was to take a b&w photo in color mode. This is why desaturation was discouraged. I don't think the challenge was to shoot a color photo with b&W in it. It may be a suttle difference in interpretation. |
