Jesseby baco99Comment by tiggermo: Needs a lot of work. Too much dead space. light not quite in the right places. It's a nice capture, though. You are on the right track with this. I'm not even sure if I could accomplish this myself. |

Jesseby baco99Comment by annah: Nice lighting, although I can still vaguely make out some background elements which are mildly distracting. |

Day 14 - Flakeby baco99Comment by colorcarnival: I'm torn - don't know which i like better - this one or the outtake. I like the dark/light contrast on the design. Very cool! I need to get a macro lens lol. |

Kelsa Peekingby baco99Comment by colorcarnival: I am assuming that you are the dog owner. And you probably know that a dog conveys a lot of emotion and messages thru the eyes. On my screen, I cannot see them which is unfortunate because she (or he) probably has a lot to say. Also on my screen, there is a blurred blob past her head and maybe you want to crop that out? And why did you choose a blue tint? Just want an idea of what you are conveying. Show Kelsa's face! Don't hide it. :o) |

Those Puppy Dog Eyesby baco99Comment by colorcarnival: I can tell this is a face that needs to be kissed! What a sweetie. Ok since the title refers to the eyes, there is too much distraction around it pulling away from the subject. I would have cropped out some of the black at the top and also, personally, i like sharper photos on smaller subjects. So how about taking a pic of the rest of the face? :o) |

Jesseby baco99Comment by Jason_Cross: I like this because you captured the essence of acoustic guitar in a warm image. It is also interesting to look at which is very hard to do with a live shot like this. |

Day 12 - The Anatomy of a Christmas Bow, Part 1by baco99Comment by MaryO: I'd play with different angles, maybe more from a peeking into the bow perspective, and just one area of blue showing, and probably burn out any background detail. The grain and reflection in the ribbon are the interesting parts to me but right now there are too many other distractions. |
