Rollsby RetroesqueComment by SandyP: What an interesting industrial composition! The artistic side in me says, "Hmmmm. . .surely there's something creative I could do with all those rolls" :)
You're right tho, isn't this thread great about opening our eyes to something interesting we overlooked before :)
I love this.

Oasisby RetroesqueComment by MelonMusketeer: We have watering restrictions here in S Florida too. Most of the trees and plants in my yard are native ones, so they tend to do all right without any extra water at all.
Here they call the gardening like you have "xeriscape" gardening, and it has been getting more popular as the water supply dwindles.
It is a nice little garden that you have, and must look good when everything around is dry and brown.
I like the low angle, as it puts the plants in a nice perspective . |

Oasisby RetroesqueComment by Stagolee: That's a lovely garden and very well photographed. I love those native grasses looks like a foxtail type. Those water restrictions are a real pain my car is looking terrible after driving on dirt roads and not having time to go to a car wash. But your garden is looking fantastic in this drought. |
