Hey, Lisa, this is great! I think the overlay enhances the use of your blur. It takes it to the level of an art piece and gives it an edginess that makes it easy to envision it hanging on a wall. I love it that its not so over-the-top. It almost looks natural, like they are running on a dark winter day. Which is very cool looking.

This has so much interesting stuff to look at, yet that guy in back is the read standout. This makes me wonder what he's up to and wondering if he knows you're taking the picture. The person sitting in the shadows is a nice find.
