Love is..having the place to yourself!by wingyisleedsComment by TooCool: This shot/scene has a lot of potential but as presented here looks a little awkward. If it were zoomed in more to make the folks a little bigger and if they were more on a third line or point instead of right in the middle this would look more natural.

Love is..having the place to yourself!by wingyisleedsComment by sudhi: The centered composition doesn't work well in this case, this is because, the sand here is not at all interesting, while the sea is. More of the sea with the subjects at the lower thirds grid would have improved the composition. |

Love is..having the place to yourself!by wingyisleedsComment by shalrath: I hate to bring this up, rules are one of my pet hates, but I'd like to have seen the couple in the lower left third (rule of thirds) with the beach stretching ahead of them. In my mind this would give a sense of direction or purpose, showing the distance they will cover. |

Studley Park Steamby wingyisleedsComment by howzitboy: i agree, its borderline out of focus cuz the water is too soft. and, id crop it a bit tighter at the top cuz those pillars just distract me.
overall, great colors and great shot. |
