Sapphire Glowby TristeLeucosiaComment by brownsm: nice approach I think. For me, it would have worked with either the subject in focus, or purposefully way out of focus. It's just at that edge of focus where it's distracting (I can't decide if it's supposed to be in focus or not). |

A Beautiful "Good Morning"by TristeLeucosiaComment by violinist123: Looks pink to me. Setting that aside, portions of the main flower are overexposed. Consider a different composition as well. Something that gives the eye something to lock on to or things to move the eye around. This appears as a mash of pink and green locked in by black. Oddly enough, I do see a couple of spots of purple back in those shadows. Good luck. |
