	Cardiologist Self Potrait by brayburn Comment by figaro: It looks like you've focused on the heart rather than the subject - a smaller aperture would fix this one. I do like the concept but the lighting is harsh on the subject (See the shadow from the nose) and would benefit from a reflector on the other side.

	Cardiologist Self Potrait by brayburn Comment by jrjr: Hey Doc, the subject of the challenge should be in focus- not other parts of the composition. Without the plastic model, this photo with a tighter crop and sharp focus would have done very well, I think. The subject and lighting are great. 5
