Interesting photo. I love the color variation here. It makes me wonder what is he doing? Bowling, Frisbee, yoga maybe? I like photos that make me think, let my mind wander. Composition and lighting are excellent.

Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure good, nice colors- the Nordstrom building looks blown out though. Composition is interesting and I'm assuming the circle is supposed to represent a coin shape. Focus good, lighting even.

Personal: This doesn't feel like it was taken specifically for this challenge, but rather it was a nice shot and you "made" it fit by the title. Still very interesting to look at.

Great emotive shot. It mght have been good to capture the whole shadows in the foreground, and to meter off of the brighter areas to eliminate the overexposure and blooming at the top right. The subjects work well as sillouettes, so they can be darker without loss of the impact. Nice catch.

This is the only photo that made me pause a little, I think only because of its brightness and color. Even though the photo lacks character (in terms of emotion, getting a message across, etc), it does have a surreal visual quality that earns a higher score than others. I really want to give this a higher score, but there are some technical details about this that bother me, like sliht blurring at the top.
