Beautiful shot! But, not sure how this fits delicate... waterfalls don't strike me as delicate. Either way... this is a wonderful use of shutter speed, great angle with the city skyline in the background. A very 'sell-able' print!

wow awesome shot... but what is delicate? the water? how about the natural environment being delicate and threatened by our big cities...
