Catby NikonJebComment by krnodil: lovely cat - I think you could have gotten away with cropping this tighter, with no detriment to your subject |

Catby NikonJebComment by mariuca: I agree with the Bear on the white line which by the way looks the only benevolent thing of the image. Your processing seems to enhance the malefic part of this otherwise lovely cat. |

My Raison D'Etreby NikonJebComment by Teafran: Minimalist portraiture is almost (note almost)done in B&W, but the overall tenor of this image approaches the best of the tonal qualities you get with B&W using muted tones of brown and sepia. It reminds me very much of photographer Henrik Adamsen who does a lot of this type of imagery. I like this and is the third image that I can't nitpick - its too perfect. Well done. |

Catby NikonJebComment by nam: That direct stare . . . dare I say glare? . . . is most intimidating. |

Catby NikonJebComment by Bear_Music: That's quite the expression :-) I'm not wild about the fuzzy line at the bottom, which doesn't seem to bring anything constructive to the composition. At least as far as I'm concerned... |

Eleanorby NikonJebComment by streetpigeon: Eleanor looks like a very interesting woman, and without the bling and the blue I'd be saying the same thing. It's a wonderful pose, slightly and gently facing away. I like how the light comes from behind her head, leaving her face in soft shadow. I like how the decoration in her hair tries to be the focus of the image, but can in no way outshine her beauty. |
