The variety of rectangles establishes a dynamic feel. The lighting and shadows add an undertone of asymmetry that's a bonus. I also like the bold color contrast, the way yellow shades to green on the left. |

I like the way the shape(s) of the shadows overlays all the rectangles with soft triangles. |

New Belgium Brewingby NikonJebComment by streetpigeon: The logo is attractive, but I'll address the framing. Well-seen, modest, haphazard and pleasing, like an arm draped over a friend's shoulder. The colored bulbs seem random, yet are the flute notes of the image. |

Trafficby NikonJebComment by Germaine: Not your typical fall scene -- lots of beautiful foliage but gray skies. It looks cold! We have a fair number of seniors riding around in their scooters. They used to love to ride in the street and foul up traffic until a couple of them got hit by cars. Now they pretty much stay on the sidewalk and hit the occasional pedestrian. I really like the color and detail in this shot. |
