A Cacophony of Symmetryby NikonJebComment by JulietNN: this is what I see when i look at it.
it is an amzing picture to say the least. But I think it really needs to be pin sharp, it does seem oof. The other thing that i noticed is and I know there isnt, but it looks like burning on the gold. sort of a blackish shadow on there, it appears on the lower left of the shot to within the white.
magnificent colours here, amazing patterns, you are so lucky to be able to be there and see this.

Night Runner...by NikonJebComment by hotpasta: wow...love the lightin this...very good...the composition is a little bland, perhaps you could have photographed from a slightly different less central angle 7 |

Click!by NikonJebComment by FireBird: Wow! What kind of processing is this? Ethereal glow? I like! Top ten, if it doesn't DQ. |

A Cacophony of Symmetryby NikonJebComment by Yo_Spiff: I don't think it is blur, so much as a lack of the fine clarity that most look for in a scene like this. Perhaps a side effect of the post processing. I will sometimes find I lose some fine detail in my effort to make something pop. Though you did have a wide aperture and slow shutter speed. I have been finding that with my SLR I can get away with bumping up the ISO to higher levels with little to no visible noise. That may be a preferable option instead of a slow shutter speed. The image does have a neat 3-dimensional feel to it. I like the composition. |

Night Runner...by NikonJebComment by jlanoue: I enjoy the painted sky and the story behind the truck. but... the lighting is a bit awkward, leaves the truck halfway between silouette and foreground subject. It's a pleasing shot, but the lighting could have made it better. |
