There really is no bokeh here. Even loosely defined, bokeh suggests an out of focus area, and this picture is in focus front to back, from what I can tell. Maybe focusing more closely on the sign while making the men in back more blurry would have helped, because the setup is interesting.

Nice idea, but the background is really to sharp for bokeh. It's almost in focus.

To get the bokeh effect in this image, it's important to focus on only one area - here the background really should be blurred to the extreme, or even the sign in the foreground. (Use manual focus and a wide open f-stop if possible)
