The Edit...and I don't know if its right, but I didn't see any fatal flaws.

Dodged the bridge, and clouds @ 3% (I know the clouds didn't turn out great)
Burned the front hill behind the bridge at 5%.
Altogether 5min.

Aquaductby BHusemanComment by sacredspirit: This is very serine, and the peace it gives the viewer gives it strength. I would like it more if the sky had more "bling" to it. I know there is a technique out there that would work in a few seconds to really sharpen and push that sky out more, but I'm not the one that knows that trick.
I have heard people talking about a polarizer filter when its hazy out, but I don't know if that would deepen the blue or not. I just think if that blue was brighter, and sharper it would "POP" out there more in your portfolio. Its sort of a hidden treasure of a photo. Possibly my fav in your collection.
All that said, and its still an amazing photo just the way it is. I'm going to get back with you on this photo, I want to mess with it with my photoshop for a sec. |

Vertical Stair Bridge at Daedunsan Mountainby BHusemanComment by sacredspirit: This was the second photo that stood out in your portfolio, and it has an awesome factor that is only second to the bridge.
It seems you really crossed a line with this photo and the bridge photo, its like you changed something and it works well. Great shot. |

Waitingby BHusemanComment by sacredspirit: I've made a pact with myself, since I screwed up the order of things in the thread, I'm leaving some comments...This being the first.
I really like this photo, and if you have this model on a continuous basis, you should work with her more. Having said that, I think her hair should have more light or dodged PP, I don't like it fading into black, but of course that could just be personal preference.
I like her form, stance, or posture it is well thought of, and her lipstick has good flash, and you seemed to of executed the right tones, and the light seems perfect aside from not enough on her hair. |
