This is the near vertical brdige on Daedunsan. Walking up this stairwell can be intimidating as it flexes with every step.

I have had some interest in this phot so I thought I would share what the view looks like when you reach the top and turn around to see the bottom

This vertical bridge as they call it is quite the climb. I have seen pictures of it with it full of Koreans with a korean on every step going up in unison. Not for me! This thing flexed enough on the way up with just me and wife on board, I can't imagine how it would be filled up like that. If you look at the second image you can see the horizontal bridge that I also posted in portfolio.

I tried the Wukong HDR program on the same set of files that this picture was made from, and this is the resulting picture:

This photo stands out for me. For one, I'm a rock climber, and that cliff sure looks like it has some possibilities! And, that looks like a great workout climbing those stairs. I think I like the non HDR better because it has more dimension. Great shot, both looking up and the one looking back down.

Holy cow - this is definitely not for those who fear heights. Great capture

You're right, I like the Wukong better too :) It's got the depth better, richer and more natural colours, and doesn't have the haloing along the top of the ridge.

Oh, and... wonderful shot to begin with, btw!

This is very impressive! I think I'd die about halfway up, though. Very nicely presented!

This was the second photo that stood out in your portfolio, and it has an awesome factor that is only second to the bridge.

It seems you really crossed a line with this photo and the bridge photo, its like you changed something and it works well. Great shot.

That is SO cool. Can just feel what it must be like if there's more than one person on it. And ONE misbehaving little kid jumping up and down. :-o

Ok, I'm dizzy and I wasn't even there! Nice work. I'll have to go look at the rest of your shots from this.
