I agree with PapaBob on the fact the rose by the cigar seems much out of place. Nice use of DOF/Bokeh background. This is such an interesting shot there must be more to this guy's story! I like the close crop/filling the frame. Great lighting and tones.

Characters like this really make interesting shots, I have never seen flowers braided into a beard! The one flower to the left of the cigar looks a little out of place but then again thay all do...lol Nice image, great colors and lighting!

This looks like a scarlet macaw. They are truly beautiful birds. My pet Jules is a catalina, a cross between a scarlet and a blue and gold. They are gentle natured birds, and make intelligent and sweet but noisy pets.
Large aperture gives this image great shallow DOF, and really makes the bird stand out from the background. Their colors are excellent in pictures, but even more so when you see one live and up close.
