Day Lily by pixelpigComment by pixelpig: For anyone who wonders what is mylar: think metallic helium baloon. Mylar is a sheet of crisp thin plastic w/a metallic reflective finish. |

Day Lily by pixelpigComment by Tlemetry: Im seeing some dark lines in the background above the flower. I would probably clone those. The mylar effect is really fascinating and I love how it turned out. The border is nice imo. but it doesn't nessesarily need it. |

Day Lily by pixelpigComment by Prism: Cool effect! I like the way you have the lower petal over the frame. |

Day Lily by pixelpigComment by annig: hootchie mama! :)
very cool effect * your image is beautiful. the colors are so soft & strong @ the same time. I sort of agree with Lynnmarie about a tad more negative space-how about just rotate the image 90degrees? the frame reminds me of a mirror tray my mom kept on her bedroom dresser for just about ever...

Day Lily by pixelpigComment by Tuckersmom: I already loved this flower from your day 8 but this is sensational. Don't care for the border but don't hate it. Okay, stupid question, but what actually is mylar? |

Day Lily by pixelpigComment by lynnmarie: I like the angle you have positioned your lily, but I feel as if it is falling out of the picture. Perhaps it just needs a bit more negative space below it. Frame is not needed, IMO. Message edited by author 2007-07-12 12:43:32. |
