hmm.. I'm not a fan of the ole red eye !! :-).. I think this could have worked better for me if it was a closer crop & the stray hairs were pulled back. Maybe if the skin was painted white or something. Basic editing doesn't leave much room for anything pp.

In my opinion it does not meet tghe challenge but I suppose you've already got plenty of those
What else
I think that you may save it a bit biger - using the maximum possible size
When you look in a raw at 640pixel pictures and then you come to a smaller one even if it's a very good one it looks less atractive

Like the shadows and light
Would have been great if there was something to atract the vision in the light area - maybe her face?

In the right corner there are some boxes you may have croped them
+ Like it would have neen a bit less central
