If only you had gotten a pic of him whistling! These guys are hilarious to watch just before they hibernate- like mammalian caterpillars crawling among the rocks. The composition with the snow? just showing is great.

Yikes, this is why I was afraid of a vacation to the mountains when I was a little child. I thought it would be like this, and I was sure I wouldn't have any fun just balanced on top of a little point.

Powerful. That sky is so saturated that the BW rendering would be a crazy contrast (I would be interested in seeing it).
